We introduced high precision dual-spindles processing center with power turret from Japan the sole in he same trade, the stretcher for processing cylinder piston rod from Germany, which is the most precise now in the world and the super accurate muller from U.S.A for processing orifice of pneumatic direction valves. In manufacture of hydraulic cylinders, we have heat treatment modifying furnace, auto-weld and probe equipment. In addition, we have high-precision deep-hole boring machine which enables to process 10-meter long oil jack. We also have platform to test the integrated performance for hydraulic cylinders. So we are capable to fast design and manufacture the standard or non-standard hydraulic cylinders and pneumatic components for clients. In the aspect of kit, we adopt Parker-Hannifin seals on our cylinders, pneumatic direction valves and oil jack to keep our products the same quality to other famous brands like FRESTO, NORGREN etc. We guarantee our products in 2 years under the specifications.
